Lake Trust CU Eyes Former Bank Building For Expansion

LANSING, Mich. – Lake Trust CU plans to build a new branch in Ann Arbor at a site that once housed a Fidelity Bank branch.

The $1.5 billion credit union plans to demolish the building and rebuild a 3,686-foot service facility with a drive-thru lane at the site. The new branch would replace one of the credit union’s two existing facilities.

It would be the second branch opened by the credit union giant since it was created earlier this year by the merger of Detroit Edison CU and NuUnion CU.
