MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. – Listerhill CU donated $50,000 to the Northwest Alabama chapter of the American Red Cross for disaster relief services.
The credit union’s Rubuild Alabama fundraising plan for assisting victims of the April 27 tornadoes began April 29 and generated $25,000 from the public through online giving as well as contributions to Listerhill locations. The credit union matched the funds for the $50,000 total.
