The LoanLink Center, a credit union system-owned lending call center, and CU Direct Corp., which operates the Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL) network, and DecisionApp systems, are partnering to significantly speed up indirect loan processing for credit unions and their members using the CUDL platform. The agreement with CU Direct will enable The LoanLink Center to provide CUDL and DecisionApp credit unions (including credit unions using the CUDL-APPRO Systems interface) with underwriting support 24/7.
New connections to CUDL's work flow management tools, coupled with The LoanLink Center's automated and human review, will increase a credit union's capacity to underwrite more indirect loans," according to Mike Armstrong, vice president, The LoanLink Center.
"Our partnership with CUDL will help credit unions answer dealers' questions faster, which will allow credit unions to close more of their own members' loans," said Armstrong. "Fast turnaround on loan approval is critical, especially considering 75% of all indirect loans are generated during evenings and weekends."
The LoanLink Center has connectivity solutions with more than 18 data processors and loan origination system providers.
