MAC Hosts Pair of California Workshops

The Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC) drew a record 104 attendees to workshops it hosted in Northern and Southern California entitled "Maximize Member Potential: How to Convert Single-Service Members to Multi-Service Households." Topics included Switch Kits, Gaining Commitment, Deepening Relationships and Owners Club-Relationship Pricing. Among the CUs making presentations were 1st United Services CU, Addison Avenue FCU, Kinecta FCU, Lockheed FCU and Patelco CU.

"Increasing products and services per household for improved profitability and efficiency is a focus for many credit unions today," said MAC Chair Scott Ingram. "Deepening relationships with existing members is key to improving these ratios."
