Manager Of Tiny CU Jailed For Embezzlement

PITTSBURGH, Penn. – The manager of the now defunct Saint Albert the Great FCU was sentenced Friday to six months in prison and six months home detention for stealing $85,241 from the tiny credit union.

Tara Gibson, 42, embezzled the funds from the $2 million credit union between January and December 2007. The troubled credit union was merged out in 2009.
