MONTGOMERY, Ala. – MAX FCU has installed Financial Management Solutions Inc.’s Lobby Tracking System at its 13 branches.
MAX said it has effectively utilized Lobby Tracking to reduce labor costs and improve productivity.
In addition to labor cost savings, the $840 million credit union reported it has started to realize a higher performing branch network. Within a month of implementation it had declines in overall account holder average wait times. Assist times per account holder also went down.
