WARREN, Mich.—Member Driven Technologies, an IT CUSO, has acquired CUsource LLC for its data-processing, draft, print mail and security services.

CUsource will now be known as: MDT - Western Operations. Shirley Bailey, CUsource CEO/president will become senior vice president and general manager, western operations.
MDT is the largest CUSO serving Symitar's Episys CU clientele.
