Member Owns Up: Heroin Found On CU Floor Is His

KIMBERTON, Penn. – A member of Citadel FCU is facing drug charges after police say he admitted that heroin discovered on the floor of the credit union belonged to him.

Justin Carbone, 25, told police he accidentally dropped the drugs inside the branch earlier this week.

Police used the check Carbone cashed to track him down shortly after credit union personnel discovered the drugs. When an officer pulled up to Carbone and asked him if he’d lost anything in the credit union, police say he replied “two bags of heroin.”
