DALLAS – 2013 will become a lucky year for one member of Neighborhood Credit Union today, when it will award $25,000 as a prize for demonstrating good savings habits – although the member won’t know about it until tomorrow.

Neighborhood Credit Union said it rewards good saving habits with prize drawings throughout the year, culminating with the $25,000 Grand Prize. The winner will be chosen from participants in its Prize Savings Account program, a special account created by the credit union to encourage more people to save money.
Neighborhood Credit Union leaders will personally deliver the prize to the surprised winner on Thursday.
