Members CU Names Bob Donley As President/CEO

Members Credit Union, a $275 million institution based in Winston-Salem, N.C., has announced that Bob Donley, its current chief operating officer, will become president and chief executive officer, effective September 8.

Members CU earlier stated that Jack V. Braswell, Jr., the current president and CEO, would retire in September after more than 37 years at the credit union.

Donley, a 21-year veteran of the credit union industry, serves on Members' board of directors. He also serves on the Carolinas Credit Union League's board, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Credit Union Advisory Council, Palmetto Cooperative Services' board, and is the president of the Management Association of Carolinas Credit Unions' Board of Directors.
