MEMPHIS – More than 40 distressed home in greater Memphis, at least 13 owned by credit unions, will be sold at auction in two sales slated for June 13 and July 14.
The credit unions are determined to sell the distressed properties, so there will be a floor on the sales price, but it won’t be high, according to one of the auctioneers. A handful are in need of repair, but many are in move-in condition.
The sales will be held at the Roebuck Real Estate Auction Gallery in Memphis. Online bidding will also be possible, through the Roebuck Auctions website,
