Michigan State University FCU Opens In Former Restaurant

LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State University FCU said it plans to spend about $3.5 million to renovate an old restaurant into a new branch.

The $2 billion credit union plans to move into the former Dimitri's Restaurant, which closed Tuesday after 36 years in business.

The credit union is spending $600,000 to buy the 14,100-square-foot building and $2.9 million on extensive renovations.
