LIVONIA, Mich. – Co-op Services CU has selected CO-OP ATM Managed Services from CO-OP Financial Services to manage its 11 ATMs.
CO-OP said with its ATM Managed Services, credit unions can turn over all of their ATM-related issues to a single source, allowing them to focus on their core financial services to members. The suite includes fleet consultation and financing, fleet maximization and innovation, fleet management and coordination, and ATM payment processing.
“We turned to CO-OP ATM Managed Services to help us implement the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act standards for ATMs, and also to find a better solution to ongoing repair and servicing of our fleet,” said Angie Krogol, senior vice president, member services, for the $375 million credit union.
