KINGSTON, N.Y. – Mid-Hudson Valley FCU is expanding its 24/7 Personal Teller Service to two more branches next week.
The credit union said it introduced 24/7 Personal Tellers across the Hudson Valley in branches in Rhinebeck, Highland, Newburgh, Saugerties and both Kingston branch locations. It is adding the branches in Poughkeepsie and Red Hook by Aug. 2.
The 24/7 Personal Teller, developed by uGenius Technology, gives members the option to conduct their daily banking any time, any day of the week, including most holidays when financial institutions are usually closed for service. Through this technology members can speak to a live teller through a two-way video portal just as they would when visiting a branch during regular business hours.
