The board of directors at MPD Community Credit Union in Nashville, Tenn. has named Stephanie Sessum as its new CEO, succeeding Nancy Walker, who retired on January 3.
Sessum began her financial institution career as an employee of MPDCCU nine years ago. According to her LinkedIn Page, Sessum was educated at Tusculum College in in Greeneville, Tennessee
Under Walker’s 19-year tenure at MPDCCU, the credit union’s asset size more than quadrupled.
MPD generated net income of $151,916 for the nine-month period ending September 30, 2016, according to its latest Call Report.
