LANSING, Mich. – The Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation yesterday announced it is teaming with NASCUS – the National Association of State CU Supervisors – to offer a training session for volunteer credit union directors.

The session will be held Sept. 24 at Michigan First CU in Lathrup Village. Deputy Commissioner Roger Little and Assistant Director John Kolhoff will explain the regulator and examiner expectations of a director.
NASCUS is holding a similar session in Washington state in August.
