PORTSMOUTH, N.H. - Northeast CU announced special loans to help all homeowners and renters in the community affected by July 24 storms to recover from physical losses to their homes and apartments.

For homeowners, the Homeowner Relief Loan details include: no payments for 90 days; a 5.9% rate for a loan amount up to $20,000 with repayment terms of 60 months, or a 6.9% rate with repayment terms of 84 months.
Renters Relief Loans include: no payments for 90 days; a 7.49% for a loan amount up to $5,000 with repayment terms of 60 months.
