NCUA Issues Just One Prohibition Order In July

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — NCUA issued only prohibition order in July, after nine such orders in May and six in June.

NCUA prohibited Melissa Rosing, a former employee of $14.7 million Southwest Communities Federal Credit Union in Carnegie, Pa., from participating in the affairs of any federally insured financial institution in the future.

Rosing pleaded guilty to the charges of theft, theft by deception, forgery, receiving stolen property and bad checks.

She was sentenced to five years of probation and ordered to pay $25,046.50 in restitution.
