NCUA Issues New Prohibition Orders

NCUA has issued orders prohibiting each of the following individuals from participating in any manner in the affairs of federally insured financial institutions.

* Brenda Lee Busico, aka Brenda Lee Hunsaker, aka Brenda Lee Deeter, former branch manager of the Salt Lake City and Granger branches of America First FCU, Salt Lake City, Utah. She was sentenced to supervised release for 60 months, and ordered to pay $74,464 in restitution.

* Kimberly Hawkinson, former vice president of Princeton University FCU, Princeton, N.J. Without admitting or denying fault, Hawkinson consented to a prohibition order to avoid the time and expense of litigation.

* Catherine Lynn Moss, former manager at Southern Delaware Postal Employees FCU, Houston, Del. Without admitting or denying fault, Moss consented to a prohibition order to avoid the time and expense of litigation.

* Christine T. Quonce, former branch manager at Syracuse FCU, Syracuse, N.Y. She was sentenced to six months in federal prison, five years of supervised probation and ordered to pay $124,359 in restitution.

* Fregeania Sample, former manager of Austin West Garfield FCU, Chicago. Without admitting or denying fault, Sample consented to a prohibition order to avoid the time and expense of litigation.

* Linda Marie Thompson, former teller at SE Erie Industrial FCU, Erie, Penn. She was sentenced to 15 months in prison, five years of supervised probation and ordered to pay $116,800 in restitution.
