ATLANTA – NCUA announced yesterday that Herb Yolles, a long-time executive in the agency, will be director of its southeast Region Three.
Yolles, who joined NCUA in 1978, is replacing Alonzo Swann, the long-time Region Three director who was recalled to headquarters last month to be special assistant to the executive director.
Yolles, who has served a variety of roles ranging from chief financial officer, deputy director of Examination and Insurance, president of the Central Liquidity Facility, and Inspector General, will serve as head of Region Three until at least the end of the year. Most recently he was associate regional director of operations in Region II.
