NCUA Website Redesign: Mobile-Friendly, User-Centered

NCUA spruced up its website Monday with a slate of new features and a mobile-friendly redesign.

The NCUA.gov overhaul took into account feedback from credit unions, consumers, examiners and state regulators, said the NCUA’s board chairman Debbie Matz in a press release. “The new website also improves our ability to effectively communicate with the broader credit union system and further supports NCUA’s transparency initiatives,” she added.

New features include  a small credit union portal, a newsroom and social media central, a consumer section and tailored search function. These resources are detailed in a tutorial video.

NCUA.gov will be rolling out additional functionalities and content throughout the end of the year.
