ALEXANDRIA, Va.—The National Credit Union Administration announced Friday that D. Scott Neat has been named director of supervision in the Office of Examination and Insurance.
Neat starts his new position on Nov. 3, succeeding Matthew Biliouris, who was named deputy director of NCUA’s Office of Consumer Protection in July.
Neat has been with the agency for 26 years, and is currently a supervisory examiner based in Memphis, Tenn.
