Neighbors Credit Union, a $315-million institution based in St. Louis, paid out a special dividend off 1.31% APY, which amounted to a total of about $209,000.
"We had another great year and would like to thank our members," said Neighbors CU president and CEO, John Servos. "We focus on what's best for our members and we always strive to do what's in their very best interest. It's how we have grown for the past 87 years and we have no intention of stopping now."
A spokeswoman for Neighbors said the CU pays out a dividend every year.
