BUFFALO, W. V. - (03/16/06) -- Star USA FCU said it opened itseight branch Wednesday, less than a half mile from the Toyotamanufacturing plant. The new facility is aimed at serving an areawith no other financial institutions. The $130 million creditunion, authorized to serve residents of eight surrounding counties,will operate out of a temporary branch facility while it builds apermanent structure.
