EVANSVILLE, Ind. - (07/30/04) Teachers FCU is nearingcompletion on a 38,000-foot building that will house the creditunions expanding array of CUSOs. The building will house the creditunion's travel, insurance and financial-management agencies and itsreal estate and member business-lending departments. The newfacility will be named after Michael H. Phipps, who has headed thecredit union for 30 years. Total cost of the project is estimatedto be $5 million. The two-story structure is scheduled to be openednext month.
