New Mexico Educators FCU Pilots Integrated Media Management’s iPad App

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – New Mexico Educators FCU has become one of the first credit unions to go live with Integrated Media Management’s TotaliSign iPad application.

The company said its TotaliSign extends mobile functionality of the document process and signature capture to its products TotaleAtlas and Universal Document Presentment.

TotaliSign is IMM's iPad enhancement to TotaleAtlas/UDP, which automates the space between a financial institution's core system and imaging application and creates secure, 128-bit encrypted, non-editable PDF documents with embedded signatures. The Universal Document Presentment version is also available for non-integrated core processors and third-party applications.

Another application, TotaliEnroll, gives financial institutions the ability to send employees off site to complete enrollment applications or other documents, have them signed and download them for archiving.

TotaliSign and TotaliEnroll are accessible via WiFi or 3G using the iPad Secure VPN connection to the IMM server. The iPad client applications must be downloaded from the Apple Store.
