Notre Dame FCU Names Arizona Banker Its New CEO

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Notre Dame FCU has hired Thomas Gryp, a regional president of Northern Trust in Scottsdale, Ariz., and a graduate of Notre Dame University as president and CEO of the $430 million credit union.

Gryp will succeed Leo Ditchcreek, who retired in April after 17 years at the credit union, the last 15 as CEO, during which he built the institution into one of the top student lenders among credit unions.

Gryp, a native of South Bend, has more than 30 years experience in financial services.
