MIDDLETOWN, Pa.-Kansas Corporate CU has partnered with MY CU Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mid-Atlantic Corporate, to offer electronic bill payment to its members. Under the agreement, Kansas Corporate, Wichita, Kan., will market electronic bill payment to its member credit unions, located in Kansas and throughout the Midwest. Credit unions can select to utilize MY CU Services as a full-service bill payment platform or for back-end remittance processing.

Pima FCU Converts To PSCU-FS

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.-Pima FCU, Tucson, Ariz., signed a five-year agreement to convert processing for 33,000 signature/PIN debit accounts and driving of nine ATMs to PSCU Financial Services, the nation's largest CUSO. Pima FCU currently serves more than 8 million debit accounts and now drives more than 1,000 ATMS for 75 CUs.

SW Corp Supports Member Capture

DALLAS-Southwest Corporate says its new member capture product comes with complete and customizable retail marketing kits designed, in part, by a team of credit union marketers from seven different credit unions. The corporate said CUs that utilize its member capture product will have access to three marketing campaigns, which feature a full line of materials designed to help promote the new service to members. Materials include posters, statement stuffers, brochures, newsletter articles, on-hold scripts, radio commercial scripts and animated web graphics.

Incentive Analysis Program Offered

SALT LAKE CITY-HRN Management Group is introducing Incentive Pro, an online solution that defines, tracks, and measures incentive pay programs by individual position. HRN said Incentive Pro reports on the "net effect" of incentive plan components on overall CU performance and ROI. The program includes built-in credit union executive incentive objectives, such as share growth, return on assets, loan growth and operating expenses, among others.

TNB, First Data Extend Agreement

DALLAS-TNB Card Services announced a renewal agreement for First Data to provide credit and debit card processing services through 2014. TNB has worked with First Data since 1993.
