SALISBURY, Md.-Mortgage professionals can obtain a snapshot of a property's valuation without having to pay for a full AVM report or appraisal, according to Credit Plus, Inc., a provider of credit information since 1928.

Credit Plus said its new product, AVM-Lite, provides a property's estimated value, estimated range and a confidence score-all within seconds of the request.

CUTS Launches Online Program

SAN DIEGO-CUTS Performance Marketing, a performance marketing network for credit unions, unveiled its turnkey product marketing program and member savings service for credit unions. JayRay Opens Focus Group Facility

TACOMA, Wash.-JayRay recently opened a research facility at its office here, which the communications consultancy said will bring greater convenience and insights by conducting focus groups locally. CUSN, CO-OP FS Team Up

LAKEWOOD, Colo.-Credit Union Service Network has partnered with CO-OP Financial Services to offer CO-OP Mobile, giving credit unions the ability to offer their members real-time access to their account balances, make transfers, and find CO-OP Network ATMs and CO-OP Shared Branching locations on their mobile phones. The two parties said the goal is to become a "one-stop shop" for their subscriber credit unions and help them take advantage of new options and technologies to assist them in connection with members.

TMG Adds 3 CUs To Client Roster

DES MOINES, Iowa-TMG (The Members Group) said it has added three credit unions to its client list and renewed a partnership with another. Spokane Teachers CU, a $1.2-billion, 82,000-members credit union operating in Washington state, has partnered with TMG for credit card processing. San Diego-based Mission FCU, a 134,000-member CU with $2 billion in assets, will use TMG for processing services on its credit, debit, PIN and ATM platforms. St. Helen's Community FCU, St. Helens, Ore., also chose TMG as its partner for credit, debit, PIN and ATM processing. TMG renewed its credit and debit card processing partnership with Chatsworth, Calif.-based Premier America CU.
