RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.–The $3.7-billion Star One Credit Union has begun offering CO-OP Financial Services’ “CO-OP My Deposit” product for use at home. Star One is utilizing CO-OP’s check imaging-enabled products–at home and the ATM. In addition, the credit union has also opted to use CO-OP for its ATM driving.

CUBC Launches Outbound Calling

MIRAMAR, Fla.–CU Business Capital LLC (CUBC) has launched an outbound calling program and hired Alan Ricketts to lead the effort. Rickets will be calling targeted small business owners around CUBC client-CU branches to introduce the business services offerings from its credit union partners. “His main responsibility will be to source warm sales leads back to the business development representatives at the credit union,” the CUSO said.

Digital FCU Selects FraudMAP

LOS ALTOS, Calif.–Guardian Analytics, a provider of online account fraud prevention software for financial services institutions, said that Marlborough, Mass.-based Digital FCU (DCU) has selected its FraudMAP as part of its fraud prevention strategy. It added that the FraudMAP implementation will reduce the volume of alerts and false positives experienced with prior approaches, and will also expedite investigations.

uMonitor Signs 3 CU Clients

MEMPHIS, Tenn–uMonitor reported it has added CDC FCU, CFE FCU and Quincy Credit Union as new clients. All of the credit unions selected its online account opening and funding service, uOpen and uFund. The company said several CUs have also deployed uTransfer, a funds transfer solution, including Michigan First, Boeing Wichita, AmeriCU, Utah Community and Dort FCU.
