Offsite ATMs Raise Visibility For 2 CUs

HOUSTON — ATM management company Dolphin Debit has placed large, drive-up ATMs at Murphy USA fuel stations, adjacent to Walmart stores, for credit unions in Mississippi and Texas.

The Houston-based firm is working with $2.2 billion Keesler FCU, Biloxi, Miss., and $6 billion Randolph-Brooks FCU, San Antonio with the goal of increasing the CUs' market visibility while offering added convenience for members.

The 188,000-member Keesler reports its members love the convenience of the Murphy-based ATMs, having previously worked with Dolphin Debit on other off-site ATMs.

With 500,000 members, Randolph-Brooks said the six new sites expands its off-site ATM fold to 12 locations.

Dolphin Debit Access owns and operates ATMs for financial institutions. Dolphin's ATM service includes deployment of new ATM equipment combined with terminal driving, ATM maintenance, armored car service, communications, monitoring and dispatch, and cash management.

Dolphin Debit has the rights to install and operate drive-up ATMs at Walmart/Murphy USA locations in multiple states.
