First quarter revenues were $41.3 million, compared to $39.3 million for the same quarter last year.

“In the first quarter, revenue was in-line with our expectations, growing by 5% relative to the first quarter of last year,” said Joseph Cowan, president of Online Resources. “Earnings measures were higher than our expectations owing to some expense reversals that are not expected to recur in the future and the deferral of other expenses to later this year.”
