CHANTILLY, Va. – Online Resources Corp. named technology veteran Joseph Cowan to be its president and CEO, replacing John Dorman, the founder of Digital Insight and chairman of the ORC board, who has been serving on an interim basis since January.
Cowan, who served as CEO of Interwoven, an enterprise content management software company, will formally succeed Mathew Lawlor, the founder of Online Resources, who resigned from the company in December.
Dorman will retain his position as chairman of the company’s board.
