McLEAN, Va. - (10/19/04) -- Online Resources Corp. said it hasagreed to buy Incurrent Solutions Inc., a Parsippany, N.J., provideof Internet services for credit card issuers. Under the deal,Online Resources will pay a total of $15.3 million, comprised of $8million in cash and one million Online Resources shares valued at$7.3 million. Incurrent provides a web-based suite of card membercare services, which are branded to its credit card issuer clients.Customers include Fiserv, Certegy, National City Bank, Target, andMBNA.
