PORTLAND, Ore. – OnPoint Community CU yesterday said it has purchased Integrated Media Management’s TotaleAtlas document preparation service.
With the installation of TotaleAtlas, the credit union’s members will be able to sign documents using a digital signature pad. The company said the file is automatically indexed and archived as a 128-Bit encrypted PDF.
OnPoint Community CU also will use the TotaleAtlas’ DocQ module, which provides for partially signed documents to be stored in a queue so that the signer or co-signer can complete the document electronically at a different time and/or different branch.
The $2.5 billion credit union has been an IMM customer since 2000 and has chosen to continue working with the company and its proven technology by upgrading its current solution.
