Open Solutions Offers ContentFast e-mail Archiving, Surveillance

GLASTONBURY, Conn. – Open Solutions Inc. yesterday said it has signed with ContentFast, LLC, to offer the company’s e-mail archiving and surveillance in a hosted environment, also known as Software as a Service (SaaS).

ContentFast's MessageWatcher e-mail compliance solution provides financial institutions access to e-mail archives via an intuitive online application. Financial institutions can import existing e-mail archives, e-mail accounts and/or e-mail backup files into MessageWatcher. MessageWatcher works with Microsoft Exchange, Novell Groupwise, Lotus Notes and any Linux-based system.

Open Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of private equity firm The Carlyle Group.
