WINDSOR, Conn. – A woman on parole for the 2006 armed robbery at Charter Oak FCU was charged this week with robbing six banks in as many days last month.

Thirty-five-year-old Heather Brown was paroled just four months ago from prison after serving 30 months for the 2006 credit union robbery. She was sentenced May 25, 2007, to six years in prison, suspended after 30 months served and three years probation, for robbing the credit union’s Groton branch on Nov. 18, 2006.
Brown apparently entered each of the banks, passed a teller a demand note and indicated she had explosives in each of the recent robberies, according to police.
