Under the agreement, DigitalMailer will offer Standard Register's innovative and cost-effective double postcard application - saving one financial institution more than $400,000 on its daily customer notice volume in just one year.

To further enhance credit unions' savings, a national pricing schedule has been established, DigitalMailer said, noting that additional savings can be had when credit unions tie their programs into DigitalMailer's electronic statement and notice capabilities. "By having our CUSO work with Standard Register, we're bringing innovative money-saving products to the industry and reducing costs through economies of scale," said Ron Daly, President/CEO of DigitalMailer.

The agreement also gives Standard Register clients access to DigitalMailer's document management and marketing platform, the Customer Communication Center (CCC), which will offer financial services clients a more complete and strategic online storage solution that can store the broad range of document management products provided by Standard Register, such as daily postcard notices and tax documents, in one customer-centric location.

"The CCC allows customers to access their electronic statements and notices - all from one online location, all branded with a company's unique look and feel," said Daly. "We developed it as an integrated, online, self-service resource designed with convenience in mind and we are excited that Standard Register sees value in our solution for their client base."

The new arrangement will benefit credit unions, as well. "We feel that the strength of DigitalMailer's Customer Communication Center combined with Standard Register's heritage of documents and unique postal savings opportunities can provide financial institutions with the opportunity to significantly reduce operating costs and improve their customers' experience," said Joe Morgan, CEO Standard Register.
