SAN FRANCISCO – Patelco CU said yesterday it has signed with Fiserv to implement the company Acumen web-based core processing system.
"The Acumen platform provides a true 24x7 processing environment that will allow us to easily handle the high-volume transaction demands of our membership today, while providing best-in-class scalability to support the growth we anticipate in the future,” said Ken Burns, president of the $3.6 billion credit union.
Acumen is available via service bureau, in-house delivery or resource management.
