PENSACOLA, Fla. - (10/05/05) -- Pen Air FCU, which has become anangel to Keesler FCU, send a 35-foot mobile branch to Mississippito help the hurricane-ravaged credit union. The mobile branch wasfilled with supplies donated by Pen Air FCU employees and membersfor contribution to victims of Hurricane Katrina. Keesler FCU,Mississippi's largest credit union, will use the mobile branch forat least the next month, or until its damaged branches are back online. Loan of the mobile facility comes weeks after Pen Airofficials made an emergency cash delivery to Keesler in the daysfollowing the massive storm. In the days following Katrina, Pen Airalso set up a member call center in its Tallahassee offices forKeesler, one of the worst-hit credit unions in the GulfCoast.
