Piedmont Advantage CU will offer CO-OP Mobile and CO-OP My Deposit Mobile for its members.

According to the company, CO-OP Mobile provides members with access to their credit union accounts from their wireless devices, while My Deposit allows members to make a deposit by taking a picture of the front and back of the check with their mobile device.

Piedmont Advantage CU is becoming a “full processing” client of CO-OP Financial Services by adding debit and credit processing.

“We are looking forward to offering new services to our members, particularly the use of mobile services for iPhones, iPad and Android applications,” said Judy Tharp, president of the $240-million credit union. “The mobile deposit application allows for check deposits and other services through smart phones, while their mobile banking solution will allow our members to conveniently use their devices for financial needs.”
