Pinnacle FCU Selects Maxxar

Maxxar Corp., which specializes in interactive information solutions and the development and distribution of products providing computer telephony integration, announced that Pinnacle FCU, Edison, N.J., has selected the company's Transcend Automated Call Distributor (ACD) to guide call center agents during calls from members.

The credit union is already using Maxxar's Truepoint workflow and contact management system. Maxxar's ACD features more than 70 detailed reports (1600 data elements available for user-defined reports) on phone, e-mail, and web interactions.
