COLUMBUS, Ohio – Powerco CU has purchased a 13,241-square-foot, office building for $2 million.
The building was sold by Huntington National Bank, which merged last year with Sky Financial Group.
The structure sits on a 1.79-acre parcel at the intersection of North Hamilton Road and Menerey Lane. The $45 million credit union, based in Gahanna, plans on moving in October to the new offices.
