BOULDER, Colo. Premier Members CU has deployed Integrated Media Management’s Document Exchange, its cloud-based eSignature solution.
IMM said its Document Exchange provides authentication, eSignature and document integrity to deliver legally enforceable electronic signature and records. Document Exchange is powered by Adobe EchoSign and combined with key integration points makes for a quick value proposition, the company said. Document Exchange is both browser- and device-agnostic to allow for eSigning on mobile devices and traditional PCs. It integrates with numerous core and lending/deposit systems, as well as ECM/imaging systems for a complete, end-to-end processing solution, IMM said.
The $445-million credit union said it selected MeridianLink's LoansPQ Web-based consumer loan management solution, which seamlessly integrates with IMM, to provide membership an end-to-end solution. The credit union transitioned from managing multiple independent systems to a single, enterprise-wide platform for document preparation and eSignature with IMM.
