Private Business Inc. Acquires GoldleafTechnologies

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - (02/02/06) Private Business Inc., aprovider of technology solutions for financial institutions, saidWednesday it has agreed to acquire Goldleaf Technologies Inc., aBtentwood, Tenn., provider of web-based ACH, check conversion andremote deposit systems. The purchase price is $16.8 million in cashand $350,000 in stock. Among the users of Goldleafs ACHreceiving system are Mid-Atlantic Corporate FCU and OSUFCU.
