MADISON, Wis.-The CUNA Mutual Group has for the second consecutive year been ranked No. 1 in client satisfaction in plan administration-record keeping in the small retirement-plan marketplace (plans under $1 million in assets) with a 4.52 rating (on a 5-point scale) out of 215 plan administrators. The company also moved up from No. 2 to No. 1 in client satisfaction as a fund manager with a 4.44. Approximately 300 credit unions with total plan assets under $1 million were surveyed by 401kExchange on the quality of CUNA Mutual's fund management and plan administration- record keeping of their retirement plans inety percent of CUNA Mutual's customers are in this size category.

Overall, the company manages more than 5,000 pension and 401(k) plans for credit unions nationwide and is the 12th largest retirement plan administrator in the country.

Centrix Team In Documentary

CENTENNIAL, Colo.-A 90-minute documentary on the Baja 1000 off-road auto race includes among those featured Team Centrix, the race team sponsored by Centrix Financial, Inc. Called "Drive Like Hell," the documentary premiered on HDNet, the high-definition network available on DirecTV. Team Centrix, competing for the first time, finished 19th out of 300 competitors.

EasCorp Adds Resource Guide

WOBURN, Mass.-Eastern Corporate Federal Credit Union has introduced a Resource Guide and a retail marketing kit to assist credit unions in promoting its eStatements program.

EasCorp launched its new eStatements marketing campaign at a day-long seminar that featured presentations on service provider selection, product implementation, legal and regulatory considerations, and marketing strategies.

EasCorp said its eStatement Resource Guide is designed to assist users in implementing a successful program, with information about program administration, performance reports, and options for custom-designing websites that meet each credit union's individual needs. Marketing techniques are also discussed in the resource guide, including sample newsletter articles and promotional pieces, and case studies of other credit unions' successes with the program.
