DEI Building Number of Facilities

CINCINNATI-Dei, Inc., has been signed by a number of credit unions for facilities-related projects. The Hookset, N.H.-based Heritage Family CU signed DEI to build its new two-story, 7,290-square-foot facility in Rutland, Vt. DEI, Inc. has been selected to renovate a second location for Provident Credit Union, San Jose, Calif. The fast-tracked project will be completed by the end of June and will resemble the prototype design in Walnut Creek that DEI designed during 2002. The renovation will include a new Cafe and Tech Center, a children's area, and new finishes throughout the interior. Meanwhile, ORNL FCU, Oak Ridge, Tenn. will open a new DEI-designed and built branch inside the shared science complex of Battelle, the University of Tennessee, and the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

Erie Community Picks PWCampbell

PITTSBURGH-PWCampbell here has been awarded the design/build contract by Erie Community Credit Union in Erie, Penn. for the CU's new main office. The $24.4-million CU plans to have the new office open by the fourth quarter of this year.

Redmond Co. Involved In Projects

WAUKESHA, Wis.-The Redmond Co. (TRC) here said it will provide consulting, brokerage and architectural services, as well as manage the construction of Northwoods Community Credit Union in Park Falls, Wis. The $2.2-million project will include a10,800-square- foot branch facility, including 500-square-feet of tenant space. Separately, TRC said it has completed construction of the new $3.3-million 22,000-square-foot Trane FFCU Operations Center. in Onalaska, Wis., and the new 11,948-square-foot Leyden CU facility.
