PSCU forms new digital banking platform for credit unions

PSCU, a CUSO based in St. Petersburg, Fla., announced it has formed a new company and platform called Lumin Digital that will “redefine digital banking” for credit unions.

The new company’s formation was announced by President and CEO Chuck Fagan during his opening remarks at PSCU’s annual Member Forum, currently underway in St. Louis.

PSCU explained that as a cloud-based digital banking platform, Lumin Digital provides members of PSCU’s credit unions with a “tightly integrated and customized experience that rivals the offerings available from the big banks.”

Fagan said that with the advancement of technologies and increasing digital adoption, “we’re excited to launch a digital banking platform that provides our owners with a robust, tightly integrated solution to expand relationships with their members.”

Lumin Digital will also provide “seamless access” to a wide array of PSCU platforms and services including card services, data analytics, and call center support.

Lumin Digital’s platform, which was built over the past 16 months, is designed to “drive member engagement; provide data-driven insights and predictions allowing credit unions to offer personalized experiences; improve measurable outcomes; and ultimately increase revenue by creating deeper connections with members.”
