MADISON, Wis. — Anita Rauch has been promoted to CEO/president at the $265 million Heritage Credit Union, making her the first woman to head the organization in its 80-year history.
Rauch, who served as president since 2011, has worked at Heritage for 31years. She succeeds Robert Lestina, who retired in March after 15 years with the credit union.
Rauch will also serve on the board of directors.
The company says its mission-driven culture, family-supporting benefits and emphasis on flexibility are key factors.
