HOPKINS, Minn. – Retail Employees CU announced yesterday it has changed its name to SharePoint CU.
The $150 million credit union changed its name to distinguish itself in the Twin Cities financial services community. It made the decision to switch names in November.
The credit union was chartered in 1933 as Red Owl Employees CU and has 18,500 members.
The annual ranking showcases financial technology companies that receive high marks from their employees.
